The Bloomberg Media Initiative Africa Financial Journalism Training Program is a comprehensive and integrated curriculum comprising eight modules: Financial Journalism, Media Landscape, Public Policy, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Accounting and Finance, Financial Markets, Environment, and Economics. Structured for part-time study, the program is delivered in seven compulsory study blocks, each lasting 3 to 4 lecture days. Delegates are required to attend 22 in-person classroom days over seven months, beginning in September 2025 and ending in April 2026.
